A Strong Middle Class for a Stronger America!

Just 10 minutes ago, the President of United States Barack Obama announced his new attention to the middle class citizens of America by creating a new task force which led by his Vice President, Joe Biden.

This Strong Middle Class Task Force will focus on creating new jobs and as quoted by Joe Biden:

“This Task Force will be an important vehicle to assess new and existing policies across the board and determine if they are helping or hurting the middle class. It is our charge to get the middle class – the backbone of this country – up and running again.”

At the same time, Joe Biden also announced the launch of a new website especially for this task at “www.AStrongMiddleClass.gov” which will be updated with news and updates of the task. Joe also announced that all citizens can participate and contribute in the new website and that the communications will all be transparent.

This has proven that even politicians and governments know the importance of using websites as a communication tool and channel with citizens. This has proven that a website is not only used for companies, brands or personal blog BUT for an important job – a task that will change the lives of people. The website is used for citizens especially the Middle Class to contribute ideas, views and ensure transparencies of such task.

It has also been said that President Barack Obama is the first “technology President” who has successfully use many technologies including websites and social sites in communicating with citizens and the world. For the record, Barack Obama Facebook has over 4.8 million supporters/fans (as of Jan 2009)! Many has applauded his use and launch of this new website as well.

Within the internet marketing community, many saw this announcement of a new website as an opportunity to invest in domain names with the words “A Strong Middle Class“. As I have checked, within seconds of the announcement of the new A Strong Middle Class website, all related domains on “A Strong Middle Class” has been snatched up. Yes, all TLD’s that includes, .com, .net, .info, .org and several other related words!

for example: www.AStrongMiddleClass.com ; www.StrongMiddleClass.com etc. has been registered.

At the time of writing, the .WS domains of www.AStrongMiddleClass.WS from Global Domains International has not been taken up, any takers?
