Once you select “Save Link As” or “Save Target As” a download screen asking you where on your computer you want to save the files will appear.

Simply follow the instructions to download the files from the link below and open them with your PDF acrobat reader.

BobZip Instructions:

The first thing that you need to do if you want to use this program is to download the software BobZip Software. This is a self extracting executable file and so you will not need a separate program to be able to extract the files.

Once you have the program on your computer you will be able to use it to extract the contents from any of the zip files you download from the web.

Let’s take a look at what options are available in the program and what they do. To start with here is what the program itself looks like when you first run it which is simple and plain looking.

All of the power of this program is in the menus.

The File menu provides the options to:

1. create a New zip file,
2. Open an existing zip file, as well as the usual
3. Exit option to close the program.

When you have an actual zip file open within the program a list of all the files contained within that zip file will appear in the main part of the window.

The actions that the program performs will depend on which entries within the main window you have selected. You can select individual files by clicking on them, multiple files by CTRL clicking on them and blocks of files by SHIFT clicking. The Select menu contains options that allow you to Select All files and to Invert Selection (which means all selected files become unselected and all unselected files are selected instead).

The Action menu is where the main functionality of this program can be found. There are options that allow you to:

1. Add Files and Add Folders when you are creating your own zip files.
2. The main option you need to use for zip files you have received from elsewhere is Extract.
3. You can also Delete any content that you no longer want to have in the zip file.
4. The final few options in the Action menu may be of particular interest if you are creating a zip file as they allow you to Set Password so that the resultant zip file can only be extracted by someone who knows that password as well as
5. Modify File Comment and Modify Zip Comment which allow you to attach comments to the individial files within the zip file you are creating and also the zip file itself.
