Update 30 March 2008: The eBay affiliate program was managed through Commission Junction but eBay announced that they will roll out their own affiliate program on 01 April 2008, so if you do not yet have an eBay affiliate account, you cannot use the software as yet until you get your affiliate account.

Update 05 April 2008: The latest version Build A Niche Store V3 (BANS V3) has been released which will configure with the new eBay affiliate program. The new eBay affiliate program is much easier to apply as you can instantly apply to ALL eBay countries at once and BANS V3 supports building stores for all the countries.
