The main reasons for using PLR articles like the package offered here are:
1. To use them as “content idea” for your website or blog, then add/re-write them to your own needs.
2. To use them in your article/web site instead of of using articles from article directories, so that you can use your own link instead of author box from the writer.

Hence, if you are using the articles for the reasons above, then you should find it to be effective.
